யாழில் மாணவிகளின் கற்பின் விலை 400 ரூபா!! 50ற்கும் மேற்பட்ட 17 வயதுக்குட்பட்ட மாணவிகளை சுற்றுலா என அழைத்து சீரழித்த ரியுசன் வாத்தி!!(Photos)

ஆதிரையான் என்ற பெயரில் யாழ் வடமராட்சிப் பகுதியில் செயற்படும் கல்வி நிலையம் ஒன்று வடிவேலு பாணியில் நடாத்திய திருவிளையாடல்களை இங்கு தருகின்றோம்.

சுற்றுலா என்ற பெயரில் எந்தவித திட்டமிடலும் இல்லாது வடிவேலுவைப் போல் எடுத்தேன் கவிழ்த்தேன் என இளம் பராய வயசுக்கு வந்த பெண் பிள்ளைகளுடன் இளம் ஆண் வாத்திமாரையும் தென்னிலங்கை்ககுக் கொண்டு சென்று கூத்தடித்து சீரழித்துள்ளது ஆதிரையான் என்ற கல்வி நிலையத்தை நடாத்தும் முட்டாள் வாத்தியும் அவரது சீடர்களும். யாழ் கல்வியங்காட்டில் 52 வயது இருதய நோய் உள்ள ஒருவனால் 8 வயது சிறுமி சீரழிக்கப்பட்டு அதனால் அவனை அந்த சிறுமியின் உறவுகள் தாக்கி கொலை செய்து சிறைக்குச் சென்றது அனைவருக்கும் தெரிந்த ஒன்றாகும். இவ்வாறான செயற்பாடுகள் யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் போது ஆதிரையான் கல்வி நிலையத்திற்கு கல்வி கற்கச் சென்ற இளம் சிறுமிகளை இந்த முட்டாள் ரியூசன் வாத்திகளை நம்பி எவ்வாறு பெற்றோர் அனுப்பி வைத்தார்கள். அந்த முட்டாள் ரியுசன் வாத்தி ஏதோ பெரிய சாதனை செய்தது போல் அந்தச் சிறுமிகளின் புகைப்படங்களுடன் வடிவேலு பாணியில் ஒரு பதிவை இட்டுள்ளார். அதனை நாம் கீழே தருகின்றோம். ஒரு கல்லிநிலையம் தனது நிறுவனத்தில் கற்கும் பிள்ளைகளை சுற்றுலாவுக்கு அழைத்துச் செல்வதென்றால் எங்கு செல்வது, இரவில் பெண்பிள்ளைகளை பாதுகாப்பாக எங்கு தங்க வைப்பது, அந்த பெண் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு யாரைப் பொறுப்பாக அமர்த்துவது, அந்த பெண் பிள்ளைகளுடன் செல்லும் வாத்திமார் நல்ல தங்கப்பவுணான வாத்திமாரா? அந்தப் பெண் பிள்ளைகள் உட்பட ஆண் மாணவர்களும் ஆறு, குளங்கள் ஏதாவது ஒன்றில் குளிப்பார்களா என்ற தகவல்கள் போன்றவற்றை பெற்றோர் அறியாது மடைச்சாம்பிராணிகளாக உள்ள இவ்வாறான ரியுசன் வாத்திமாருடன் அனுப்பி வைத்தால் அந்தப் பெற்றோரின் பிள்ளைகள் சில வேளை உடல், உள சேதத்துக்கும் உள்ளாகிவர வேண்டிய சூழ்நிலைகள் உருவாகலாம்.

குறித்த ரியுசன் வாத்தி பெண் பிள்ளைகளுடன் போட்டோ பிடித்து போடுவதில் இருந்த ஆர்வம் அந்தப் பெண் பிள்ளைகளை இங்கிருந்து தென்னிலங்கைக்கு கொண்டு செல்ல முன் எங்கு தங்க வைப்பது என்பதில் இல்லாமல் போய் விட்டது.

பெண் பிள்ளைகளுடன் கண்டி சென்ற குறித்த ரியுசன் வாத்திகள் எந்தவித முன்னறிவித்தலும் கொடுக்காது கண்டியில் உள்ள இந்துகலாச்சார மண்டபத்தில் தங்க முற்பட்டு அவர்கள் ஒரு பிள்ளைக்கு தங்க கேட்ட 400 ரூபாவை கொடுக்க முடியாமல் ஒரு புத்தபிக்குவின் இலவச மண்டபத்தில் இலவச சோத்துக்கு ஆசைப்பட்டு அங்கு தங்க வைத்த இந்த முட்டாள் வாத்தியை என்னவென்று சொல்வது. ரியூசனில் சுற்றுலாவுக்கு என வாங்கும் காசில் ஒரு பிள்ளைக்கு 400 ரூபா செலவு செய்யாத வாத்தி குறித்த பிள்ளைகளை அங்குள்ள ஏதாவது விபச்சார விடுதியில் இலவசமாக தங்கலாம் என அழைத்திருந்தால் நிச்சயம் தங்க வைத்திருப்பார்….

தமக்கென சில சட்டதிட்டங்களுடன் இயங்கும் இந்து கலாச்சார விடுதியில் இலவசமாக தங்க வைப்பதென்றால் ஏராளமான நடைமுறைச்சிக்கல்கள் இருந்திருக்கலாம். அவற்றை விளங்காத முட்டாள் வாத்தி புத்த பிக்கு தங்களை உபசரித்த விடயத்தை புகழ்ந்து தள்ளியுள்ளார். இவ்வாறான புத்த பிக்குகள் அம்மாவுடன் மகளையும் சேர்த்து படுக்கை அறைக்கு அழைத்து விருந்து கொடுத்த சம்பவங்களை வீடியோக்களில் பார்த்திருப்பார்கள்.

கல்வி நிலையத்தில் மாதாந்தம் பல ஆயிரம் ரூபாக்களை கட்டணமாக அறவிடும் ரியுசன் வாத்தி இந்த சுற்றுலாவுக்கும் கட்டாயம் கட்டணம் அறவிட்டிருப்பார். அவ்வாறெனின் அந்த இலவச உணவுடன் கூடிய இரவு தங்குமிடத்திற்கான செலவுகளை மாணவிகளிடமிருந்து ஏற்கனவே பெற்றிருப்பார்.

எந்தவித திட்டமிடலும் இன்றி இந்த முட்டாள் ரியூசன் வாத்தி செய்த வடிவேலு போல வேலையை பலர் பகிர்ந்து வருவது கவலைக்குரிய விடயம்.

இவ்வாறான முட்டாள் ரியுசன் வாத்திகளை நம்பி தமது பிள்ளைகளை சுற்றுலாவுக்கு அனுப்பி அவர்களின் உயிர் அல்லது உடலுக்கு சேதம் ஏற்பட்ட பின் ரியுசன் வாத்திகளை தாக்கி தங்களின் கோபத்தை தீர்த்து எந்தவித பலனுமில்லை என்பதை பெற்றோர் உணர வேண்டும்.

கல்வி சுற்றுலாவை மேற்கொண்டு ஆதிரையான் கல்வி நிலைய மாணவர்கள் 58 பேருடன் அனுராதபுரம் கண்டி கொழும்பு மாத்தளை என பயணத்தை மேற்கொண்டோம். மாத்தளையில் தங்க முயன்றோம் கண்டியில் மண்டபத்தில் ஒரு பிள்ளைக்கு 400 ரூபா கேட்டனர் இடம் தேடிப்பார்த்து எனது பாசத்துக்குரிய சாந்தகுமார் Shanthakumar Kumar சேரின் உதவியை நாடினேன். விருந்தோம்பலில் அவரை யாராலும் வெல்ல முடியாது. பல இடங்களில் தேடி இறுதியில் மாத்தளை விகாரையொன்றில் தங்க இடம் கிடைத்தது.விகாரையா என்ற அச்சத்துடன் சென்ற மாணவர்களுக்கு அவர்களின் உபசரிப்பும் வசதிப்படுத்தலும் வியப்பையே தந்தது. ஏனெனில் மாத்தளையில் மத்தியில் பல பாடசாலைகளும் ஆலயங்களும் தங்குவதற்கு இடம் மறுத்த நிலையில் மாத்தளை நகரின் மத்தியில் விகாரை அடைக்கலம் கொடுத்தது . அழகான இயற்கை சூழலுடனான மண்டப வசதிகளை வழங்கி இலவசமாக அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் உணவு , தேநீர் என யாவற்றையும் விகாராதிபதியான சுமங்கல தேரர் முன்னின்று ஏற்பாடு செய்தார். ஏற்பாடு செய்தது மட்டுமல்ல தானே சமையல் வேலைகளிலும் முன்னின்று வேலை செய்தது வியப்பளித்தது. சில குருட்டு தன அரசியல்வாதிகளின் இனவாத கூச்சல்களுக்கு மத்தியில் இன்றும் அற்புத மார்க்கமான பெளத்த மதத்தின் பெருமைகளை தாங்கி நிற்கும், தேசிய ஒற்றுமைக்கான குரல்களை தாங்கி நிற்கும் அற்புதமான நபரை சந்திக்க கிடைத்தது. தென்னிலங்கையின் தெருக்களில் நடமாடி திரியும் என இத்தகைய அற்புதமான சகோதர இன மனிதர்களை சந்திக்க வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது. எமது பேராதனை பல்கலைத்தாயின் அரசறிவியல் துறையின் சிறப்பு பட்டதாரியான அவர் எமது மாணவர்களிடம் சொன்ன வார்த்தை. ஊருக்கு போய் சொல்லுங்கள் இனவாதம் தூண்டுவது அரசியல்வாதிகளே அன்றி சிங்கள மக்களல்ல. இந்த நாடு அழிந்து போக அவர்களே காரணம். இது போன்ற பிரச்சனைகளை தூண்டி அரசியல் செய்வது அரசியல்வாதிகளும் அவர்களின் அடியாள்களுமே. நாம் தமிழர்களுடனான ஒற்றுமையை மதிக்கிறோம். தமிழர்கள் என்றால் பயத்தோடு பார்க்கும் நிலைக்கு சிங்கள மக்களையும், சிங்கள மக்களென்றால் பயத்தோடு பார்க்கும் நிலையை ஏற்படுத்துவது அரசியல்வாதிகளே என்றார்.

யாழ்ப்பாணம் விஷேட குற்றத்தடுப்பு பொறுப்பதிகாரி காவல்துறை பரிசோதகர் மேனன் தலைமையிலான காவல்துறை குழுவினரால் கைது நடவடிக்கை இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது.

கோப்பாய் மற்றும் சிந்தங்கேணி பிரதேசங்களைச் சேர்ந்த 4 ஆண்களும் 2 பெண்களுமே இவ்வாறு கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

சடலமாக மீட்கப்பட்ட நபர் கோப்பாய் பிரதேசத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சிறுமி (9 – வயது) ஒருவரை பாடசாலைக்கு ஏற்றி இறக்கி வரும் நிலையில் குறித்த நபர் சிறுமியுடன் தவறாக நடந்ததாக சிறுமி தனது தாயாருக்கு தெரிவித்திருந்தார். சிறுமியின் தாயாருடன் மகேந்திரனுக்கு நெருங்கிய தொடர்பு இருந்ததாக தெரியவருகின்றது.

இந்த நிலையில் சிறுமி து ஸ்பிரயோகத்திற்கு உள்ளான குறித்த தகவலை சிறுமியின் தாயார் சித்தங்கேணியில் உள்ள சிறுமியின் மாமனுக்கு தெரிவித்திருந்த நிலையில், அவர் கோப்பாய் வந்து குறித்த நபரை சிந்தங்கேணி அழைத்துச் சென்று அங்கு வைத்து விசாரித்த போது அந்த நபர் குற்றத்தை ஒப்புக்கொண்டதாக தெரிவிக்கப்படுகின்றது. மகேந்திரனை கிணற்றுக்குள் தலைகீழாகக் கட்டி வைத்திருந்து கொடூரமாகத் தாக்கி அதனை தொலைபேசிகளில் வீடியோக்களாகவும் எடுத்துள்ளதாக சந்தேகிக்கப்படுகின்றது.

பின் அந்த நபரை கோப்பாய் கொண்டுவந்து அவரது இல்லத்தில் விட்டுள்ளனர். அவ்வாறு வீட்டில் விடப்பட்ட நிலையில் அவர் நிர்வாண நிலையில் சடலமாக மீட்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

உயிரிந்த நபரின் உடலில் அடிகாயங்கள் காணப்பட்ட பொழுதும் உயிர் பிரியக் கூடிய வகையில் காயங்கள் பாரதூரமானதாக இல்லை எனவும் குறித்த நபர் ஏற்கனவே இருதய நோயினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டிருந்த நிலையில் மாரடைப்பினால் உயிரிழந்திருக்கலாம் எனவும் ஆரம்ப கட்ட விசாரணைகளில் தெரியவந்துள்ளது. இருதய நோய்க்கு பாவிக்கும் மருந்துகள் சில பாலி யல் துாண்டல்களை அதிகரிக்க செய்வதாகவும் குறித்த மருந்துகளை சிலர் பாலி யல்துாண்டல்களுக்காக பாவிப்பதாகவும் மருத்துவ வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளன.

 Scientists have said that the largest hole in the ozone layer has been closed.

 The ozone layer is a natural barrier that prevents harmful radiation, including UV radiation, from the sun.  The ozone layer (O3), which is found around the earth, plays an important role in preserving the ecological balance.

 But in the past, large holes in the ozone layer have been caused by greenhouse gases, including vehicle smoke and industrial carbon monoxide.

 In this scenario, the spread of coronavirus since last December has prompted curfews at various stages in China, the US, Russia, France and India.

 Factories operating in various countries were closed indefinitely due to this curfew.  No vehicle traffic.  This greatly reduced the amount of pollutants emitted from the earth.

 Last month, scientists in the United States investigated whether the ozone layer had been reduced by this sudden change in the earth.  But in the ozone layer above the Earth's north polar arctic, a million square kilometers of huge hole has been created.  Moreover, this hole also expanded towards the South Pole.  This news has terrified the world's people.

 At this point, astronomers have recently begun researching the hole with the help of satellite.  Then, a gigantic hole in the ozone was discovered.

  Environmental activists have suggested that the largest amount of greenhouse gases emitted from the earth is due to the large hole in the ozone layer.  But scientists have categorically denied this claim.  They say the polar vortex exchange gas cycle is the cause of the largest hole in the ozone and its closure.

We will not overthrow Parliament; Full cooperation with the government; Do not pay MPs: Opposition parties jointly present idea to President!

 A number of opposition parties and teams have united in handing over a joint proposal to the president to revive the dissolved parliament.

 In return, they have pledged full cooperation to the government if parliament is re-convened, and that they will not even pay their monthly allowances.  They also said that they would not overthrow the government under any circumstances.

 Sajith Premadasa, Ranil Wickremesinghe, Patali Champika Ranawaka, Mano Ganesan, RA Sampanthan, Rauf Hakeem and Rishad Bathiudeen have signed the agreement.

 Against the backdrop of the Kovit-19 and the public health risk that has arisen, and the government's efforts to control it, a number of new challenges have emerged in Sri Lanka.  The belief that we can control the spread of this epidemic a few days ago is unfortunately now waning.  If it does not control its spread within the next few weeks, the country will face many risks in the economic, social and political bases.

 The temple has infected 19 people for hundreds.  Tens of thousands have lost their livelihoods.  Leading health care workers are dedicated to protecting us, regardless of their safety.  Their dedicated efforts should not be in vain by our political decisions

 A particularly volatile political environment is seen as the dissolution of parliament and the lack of conducive environment for elections.  There is no guarantee that the election will be held on June 20.  The Election Commission announced the new date just a few days ago.  The Commission has already indicated that the date will be revised based on the country's health situation.

 We can reasonably conclude that within the next two months there is no possibility of a fair and free election.  We cannot hold people to an unnecessary health risk by holding an election in the recent past.  The people of our country have always participated in election campaigns, mobilized in large numbers and showed their commitment to democracy.  A free and fair election must include a complete campaign.  This would increase the risk of spreading the virus across the country.  We know how this infection has increased in the last two weeks.

 Like all other democracies, our country is governed by three distinct powers: the executive, the judiciary and the judiciary.  These three fields are essential to maintaining the rule of law.  In a time of unprecedented challenge, their operations are becoming more important than at other times.  But at this moment when Parliament is inactive, it has to face the challenge.  The president also refuses to exercise the power to confer the parliament given to him in Article 70 (7) of the Constitution.  In the context of an election and a continuation, there is a risk that parliament will be inactive for a long time.

 It is our sincere hope that it is best to gather the dissolved parliament and seek the support of political parties and parliamentarians to resolve the many urgent issues that have arisen in the midst of this crisis.  Some of the most urgent duties that Parliament can do is to enact new legislation to address the emerging public health problem and to allow Parliament to withdraw money from public funds.

 We all face an unprecedented catastrophe that is near impossible to complete in the recent past.  As members of the dissolved parliament, we are committed to providing our President with full responsibility and cooperation in overcoming this challenge.  We emphasize that it is the duty of all political parties and political leadership to act in spite of this tragedy, for the benefit of the nation and the people, irrespective of their narrow political agenda.
